Booked at a good price, and accommodated the check-in late night after my flight. Fridge in the room, good TV and air-conditioning. The cleanliness was immaculate, house-keeping do a great job and keeping fresh towels etc as needed. Had a room with no balcony - but that was fine as the windows open up nicely to let some fresh air in if don't need the air-conditioning on. Easy access day and night to the room. WiFi fast, free and reliable. Plus safe in room worked perfectly. I didn't go for the breakfast option - but there is a cafe there which looked popular not just for guests but locals too. I find the Mercadona supermarket just over the road is perfect for stocking up on very cheap bottled water to keep in in-room fridge, and snacks - always go there instead of the smaller expensive shops. Highly recommended - and I hope to come back again!

I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and overall, it was a great experience. The hotel's location is excellent, and the food they served was of high quality. It truly offered good value for money. However, there was one downside that affected our stay. The sound insulation in the rooms was quite poor. On our first night, we couldn't sleep due to a loud discussion happening in the adjacent room, which continued until 7 am. This was a significant disturbance. Despite this issue, I believe that, in general, the hotel is one of the best choices in Benidorm. If they can address the soundproofing problem, it would make for an even more exceptional stay.

Lovely hotel situated in the old town, I was only there for a short stay of 2 nights but found the rooms very spacious and comfortable for a solo traveller and very clean. The room had a balcony which overlooked a neighbouring street where there was renovations going on so could be quite noisy during working hours. The breakfast selection was very good. 2 nights stay with breakfast for £97 can’t be beaten in my opinion.

Very friendly reception staff, big shout out for Chris who made us very welcome when we arrived and had our rooms ready ahead of time.. Cafeteria had a nice vibe and very popular with locals at lunch time. Rooms whilst simply furnished were large with plenty of wardrobe space. Remote control air conditioning was a nice touch.. we had a small balcony with two chairs which meant we were able to sit outside if we wanted.

We stayed in a triple room for 2 nights before moving into 2 rooms for the duration of our stay, I have reviewed the rest of our stay separately. The room was fine, we had breakfast and dinner and both were excellent. The location is really good, close to Poniente and Levante. I have stayed here before so I knew it was really nice.
